I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the service I received from Hensall Appliances. I contacted your store as I needed a dryer ASAP. I called last Thursday and I needed it delivered on Friday. I was able to get what I needed and have it delivered when I needed it.

When my thirty-something washer gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced, it seemed like one more huge project, coming just after I had to replace other equipment that had been damaged by a lightning strike.

Before going into the city to shop, my daughter and I decided to check out Hensall Major Appliances because my son had heard good things about this store. It was an excellent choice. The owner, Mike, helped me choose a washer and dryer that were exactly what I was looking for at a very good price, lower than anything comparable in the large stores we had checked out by phone.

As a very senior citizen, best of all I found the no-hassle all-in pricing, long-term warranty and delivery and take-away of my old appliances extremely simple and convenient. Because my washer and dryer had been in place so long, your young delivery person had to spend quite some time getting everything reconnected and installed. He was very polite and professional and took great care to be sure that everything was done properly.

My daughter and I have been recommending your store very highly to friends and family. What a pleasant surprise to find such a great small town store so close to us!

Thank you for such good service. Your company was recommended to us and we were pleased to find out you would make a service call on New Years Eve Day in a snowy blizzard to repair our oven that was put of whack by a power failure.

We were very frustrated as our Christmas turkey and holiday baking had to be cooked on the BBQ! When Devon came in he was extremely professional and proceeded to find the problem almost immediately. He told us a bit about himself, saying that your company sent him to British Columbia for a course on gas appliance repairs. We are still bragging to friends about your exceptional repairman.
